Hi, I’m Sofi — a certified yoga teacher passionate about making yoga welcoming, accessible, and fun for everyone.

I first discovered yoga in middle school, and over the past 10 years, it’s been my way to find balance, build strength, and connect more deeply with myself. In 2025, I earned my yoga teacher certification and knew I wanted to share the benefits of this practice with others — not just in studios, but in parks, living rooms, and online.

My classes are friendly, beginner-welcoming, and adaptable to all levels. Whether we’re flowing in a sunny park, connecting on Zoom, or practicing one-on-one, my goal is to help you move, breathe, and leave each class feeling lighter and more grounded.
